EXCLUSIVE: THE PUMA X TOMAS MAIER SNEAKER

LOW-PROFILE EASE

The new limited-edition Puma sneaker created in partnership with Tomas Maier is a family affair as both brands, plus Bottega Veneta, always designed by Maier, are owned by the Kering Group.
The German designer added his touch to Puma’s iconic Roma 1968 sneaker, a minimalist black and white kick originally designed to honor Italy, the 1968 Azzurri European Championship winners. With its clean, timeless and understated look, the Roma is a stalwart in the Puma range. Maier’s version is characterized by his signature palm trees, de-bossed into the shoe’s leather upper. Low-profile yet highly-detailed, it is characterized by suede touches, a classic gum sole and Maier’s name on the heel tab and the foot liner.“This shoe collaboration reflects a period of design I enjoy still today as well as a modern, minimalist approach that I always try to bring to the products in our brand,” says Tomas Maier. A classic to love forever.
