REEBOK HITS ITS ’90S STRIDE
NEW LAUNCH: AZTREK OG
Plugging into our love for all things retro, Reebok is relaunching the Aztrek trainer – a firm favourite from the ’90s, originally designed as an off-road runner.
The resurrected silhouette is virtually identical to the original, featuring a moderately high midsole and a pronounced tread on the outsole. Reflective perforations are included in the toe and the upper is overlaid with robust suede. Authenticity geeks will be relieved to learn that the midsole contains Hexalite technology – Reebok’s old-school honeycomb-inspired cushioning system, designed to dissipate impact shock.
The sneaker comes in two colour schemes: blue and pink on a chalk foundation, and white with accents of teal.
